Terms & Conditions
a. In these Terms & Conditions, “Event” means the event for which You have purchased a ticket, “the Promoter”, “we”, “us” and “our” means Karen Wright Bakes and “you”, “your”, “ticket holders’ and “guests’ means you as the ticket holder, “ticket” means a valid ticket received by email which permits you to attend the Event.
b. All tickets are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions. Purchase and/or use of a ticket/s to enter the Event constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions on your behalf and on behalf of any person for whom you are purchasing tickets.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice and at our sole discretion. Updates will be published on the Karen Wright Bakes website and we’ll contact you by email to confirm the change in details of the Event.
4. You may cancel your ticket and request a refund up to 7 days before the event is scheduled to take place, after this time regrettably a refund cannot be given.
5. We will do our best to ensure that all events go ahead, but in the case of unforseen events occasionally an event maybe cancelled. We will inform you of this and attempt to reschedule the event at a future date. In the event of us cancelling the event, a full refund will be given.
